During the reporting year, the Company held 163 thematic evenings and over 30 excursions for employees, involving more than 15,000 people, as well as 30 exhibitions of creative work of energy industry employees and their children. Thus, children’s drawings were sent to a drawing competition organized by JSC Russian Grids.
There were more than 100 events designed to attract and retain young skilled workers and specialists in the power grid complex, which were attended by over 2,000 pupils and students in the region, as well as by young employees of the Company.
There were about 80 events for the members of the Council of Veterans from the Company’s executive body and branches, bringing together about 4,000 people, including war veterans.
The Company organized 74 thematic events dedicated to milestones in Russian history.
In 2014, there was a total of 700 events aimed at further development of the Company’s corporate culture, involving over 30,000 people.
On the initiative and with the active participation of the Youth Council the lessons for electrical safety were given in orphanages as well as congratulation of their residents with the New Year.
